The main focus of our Combat Classes is pad work and you’ll learn a variety of powerful punching and kicking techniques in a safe, controlled environment. Training with partners helps simulate real-world movement and dramatically improves your timing, speed, and power, essential skills for practical self defence. Demanding workouts like kettlebell exercises and circuit training are also integrated into these sessions. This approach is designed to improve and maintain muscular endurance, strengthen joints, and dramatically boost cardiovascular fitness. Our full-body conditioning approach will perfectly complement your martial arts journey and enhance your overall functional strength.

Who are our Combat Classes for?

Our Combat Classes are designed to be accessible and empowering for a wide range of students. We welcome everyone aged 14 and above, regardless of their current fitness level. Whether you are a complete novice looking to get fit, burn calories, and build functional strength or you are after an exciting supplement to your existing training. We are fully committed to creating an inclusive training environment where everyone feels welcome to test their limits and achieve peak fitness through these dynamic, combat-focused drills.
